Volunteers
Volunteers can donate their time on a regular basis for our athletes' events and special events. Please complete and return the HCSO volunteer form and mail it to our office. You will be contacted by mail or email a month before the event happens to confirm that you are still able to help us. If you have any questions on volunteering to help at the events for the athletes, please contact Christine Lickert at 513-271-2606 or by e-mail.
We are in need of Special Event committees to help in the following areas. If you are able to help or would like more information on volunteering for the Special Events , please contact Grace Ward at 513-271-2606 or by email.
Gala Committee
- Decides who to honor, date of event, where, parking, flowers, and decorations
- Invitations
- Silent auction bid items
- Decides on hosts and special guests
Cincinnati Corporate Olympics
- Obtaining city permit
- Organize food, bananas, water, etc.
- Sponsors
Golf Outing
- General marketing
- Recruit foursomes
